The price is good compared to other options, considering the facilities.

The cleanliness was not so good; every day we had to change our forks at the breakfast tables because they were dirty. Also, the dishes in the room were not clean.

Excelent accomodation

Clean and cozy room, especially the bathroom. Besides, the breakfast is also good.

The only drawback of this accommodation is the location. It is relatively close to the Underground and the Train Stations (around 1 km), but it is little bit far from the city center (e.g., 3 Kms from the Colosseum).

Amazing hotel, friendly staff & great location????

Staff are super friendly, always have a smile on their face & are happy to help. I requested balloons as it was my partner’s birthday (usually hotels aren’t able to do this which is understandable) but it was a pleasant surprise to see balloons laid out with a little message to make his birthday extra special so thank you! The room was super spacious & super clean. I was worried about the location at first but i would honestly say it is perfect if you don’t mind a bus journey or two. It was nice to come out of a busy centre to a quieter area when going back to the hotel after a long day of site seeing. The bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel with regular busses to get us where we needed to be with no stress at all (just follow what it says on google maps & you will be fine). We miss Rome & the hotel already but we will be back!

Very good location, bus station very close. Nice rooms, clean, with small kitchen.

The kitchen is not equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery. The beds are not the most confortable

The ladies at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful!

The room had a connecting door with the next room and all noises were easily heard, plus the rude neighbours who were very loud (shouthing loud) at late hours... Also the breakfast area is a little too small and the breakfast should have more variety.

Everything was great! New, very clean room. The room has everything you need, a mini kitchen and even a dishwasher. The nearest metro is a 15-minute walk. We needed to leave our bags somewhere, since the plane was in the evening, the reception staff offered us their luggage storage services for free. Very nice! Next time we will only live here! Thanks to the staff, you are great!

Very Good

I stayed at this hotel and booked an extra night here as Alessandra was the most welcoming, attentive and kind staff member I've ever met. She made me feel at home, supported and cared for. This was the best service and generosity I have received from any establishment in all of my travels in Europe. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend booking if you're in Rome.

The location is a bit far from the city centre, and the public transport is not the best so you do need to take taxis to get around if you don't have a hire car.

What was the highlight of Aparthotel Colombo Roma

When in Rome

Room was classed as a standard double, with a king-size bed, a small table with two chairs, a kitchenette containing sink, fridge, and microwave. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Efficient air conditioning. We took the breakfast option. The food was the usual mix of continental and cooked selections. Being situated outside the city centre it was quiet at night. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Convenient for buses and metro line.

The breakfast area was small. Therefore, we had to time arriving when it wouldn't be busy and tables available. The bed was hard. This is nothing to do with the hotel, but as a warning when visiting Rome, make sure you keep your wallets, purses, and any valuables safe. On the first day we caught the bus from near the hotel to the city centre. There was only standing room, when the bus went around a corner someone bumped into my husband, they got off next stop and then my husband realised hus wallet was missing. It had been in a zipped up pocket. While in Rome we saw many people checking their pockets and bags to find they'd lost valuables.
